Do I need to use Notion already?
No. We help you learn the workspace during the implementation. We use Notion for company memory, connected information and agents. You do not need to be an advanced user.
Who is this implementation for?
Owners of an existing service business with paying clients and at least six months in business. Agencies, studios and consultancies with repeatable client work are a good starting point. We check the workflows, time commitment and credible savings baseline on the call.
Is this done for me?
It is done with you. We configure the system and build agreed workflows together over six weekly working sessions. You provide context, test real work, complete agreed setup steps and lead adoption. A relevant process owner can join the session where their workflow is being built.
What do I need to do between calls?
Bring the client history, examples and decisions the system needs. Complete agreed action items, test the agents and workflows, and tell us what needs fixing. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and using the system in your business.
What software costs are separate?
Your Notion subscription, AI usage and any third-party tools or connections are separate from the implementation fee. We confirm which tools your agreed workflows need before setup and use existing subscriptions where suitable.
How does the 50-hour guarantee work?
The target is at least 50 hours saved per month across the founder and team combined. After the Core System runs through the 30-day Evaluation Period, qualifying clients follow the agreement’s claim and free remediation process. If the target is still not reached, the agreement provides a full program-fee refund while you keep the configured system and internal-use license.
You must actively use the system, complete agreed responsibilities and follow the payment, notice and eligibility conditions. The separate Week One Walk-Away lets you stop before session two begins, with amounts paid refunded less the fixed processing fee stated in the agreement. Early withdrawal revokes the system license. Client data remains yours. The signed Service Agreement controls.
What happens after the implementation?
You get the training and handoff materials to keep running the system. Included Stabilization Support lasts 30 days from the Core System Live Date: an agreed written support channel, a two-business-day response target, one additional 30-minute call and help with adoption or reproducible issues within the original scope. Any later support is optional and agreed separately; nothing renews automatically.

We discuss the business you run, your current tools and repeated work, and whether the six-week implementation fits. We confirm the scope, commercial terms and guarantee conditions before you decide to start.
